BondTx currently provides direct bail bond service in 14 Texas counties, all outside County Bail Bond Board jurisdiction: Morris, Cass, Sabine, Marion, and Van Zandt (East Texas — 903-444-9030), plus Cooke, Clay, Archer, Rains, Blanco, Falls, Gillespie, Lavaca, and Montague (214-444-6020). BondTx does not hold a Bail Bond Board license and is not a licensed surety in counties with a Bail Bond Board. In additional counties, BondTx may be able to assist through insurance affiliates, subject to confirmation of an authorized local provider.
