The Four-Step Process
Call
Tell us who was arrested and where they are being held. Give us as much or as little detail as you have — we'll guide you through the rest.
Verify
We gather available booking and bond information and determine whether BondTx can assist, including whether the county is one we currently serve.
Review
We explain the requirements, paperwork, and available next steps in plain English — including anything that must happen in person.
Proceed
If the bond can be accepted and all requirements are met, we begin the authorized bond process and keep you updated.
We never promise a release time. Jail processing and release timing are controlled by the applicable facility and other factors outside BondTx's control. If someone tells you a specific release time up front, be skeptical — we won't do that to you.
